Psychotherapy is an entry point to better manage daily life. To find perspective and relief, to cope, to grow, and through this process we begin to find increased consciousness and the psychological need to live a Congruent Life. We explore the unconscious to assimilate our 'unlived life' to become more whole and live Congruent to our purpose.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in California, I have been practicing for nearly a decade with a wide range of psychological struggles, especially life transitions, conflicts of identity, historical traumas, the corrosive and overwhelming experience of addiction, anxious and depressive complexes and rumination.

Providing effective counseling and therapy has been helpful for my patients in understanding thoughts and behaviors, but this often stirs curiosity for greater insight. I believe that here thru deep reflection and analysis, we uncover greater awareness and the unconscious process that leads to a next level of enlightenment, the Self. I have found, just as we coalesce ideas of our identity we need a ‘mirror’ to help us discern our findings. This is where I focus my practice, collaborating with you to develop meaning, distinguish direction, uncover awareness of the unconscious, and finding purpose, while building the necessary ego strength to face this often challenging yet rewarding peregrination.
